Lesh Govender

Biography

 Lesh completed his podiatry degree at Auckland University of Technology. He is a registered member of the Australian Podiatry Association, Sports Medicine Australia and Australian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.  Lesh is passionate about sports injuries and rehabilitation. He has a special interest in the assessment, diagnosis and management of foot, ankle and lower limb pathologies. His expertise lies in managing exercise related foot and lower limb injuries in professional, amateur and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. As a result Lesh was invited to be a part of the medical team at the Central Coast International Sevens Tournament 2015.  Sports Podiatry is the reason Lesh studied podiatry at university. He has chosen to take a specific professional course to develop himself as a sports podiatrist to make sure he has the most up to date knowledge and treatment modalities so that his patients have the best treatment options available to them. He is qualified in foot mobilisation therapy, dry needling and prolotherapy/injection therapy.
