Biography
Sam is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals in health and life overall. Before moving to Melbourne to pursue a career in Physiotherapy Sam completed his Bachelor of Human Biology in his hometown of Canberra. Prior to joining the LifeCare team Sam completed the Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2015. Sam has completed further training in spinal physiotherapy, clinical pilates and running related injuries. Sam employs an evidenced based approach to physiotherapy, combining soft tissue massage, dry needling, peripheral and spinal joint mobilisation and specific exercise prescription to help patients overcome and prepare for all of life’s hurdles. Sam’s other passions are rugby union, snowboarding and exploring the great outdoors whenever possible.
