Biography
Ms Brenner is a former senior investment banker advising domestic and international clients on a range of mergers, acquisitions, privatisations and capital raisings. She has been a public company director for more than 12 years in the financial services, building materials, resources, property and biotech sectors including chairing remuneration, nominations, audit and risk and health and safety committees.
