Biography
With more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical, biomedical and medical devices manufacturing industries, Ruben has held several leadership positions focused on the areas of operations, supply chain, project management, operational excellence, and strategic planning. Before joining the Nesher team in 2016, he most recently was responsible for the operations, introduction of new OTC drugs, and the transformation of an organization while sustaining the state of control under an FDA Consent Decree. Ruben earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Turabo University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico.
