Biography
Craig's focus is to provide leadership, management and strategic direction to the Cane Supply and Logistics departments and the safe and efficient operation of Mackay Sugar's cane transport operations. Craig was appointed to the role of General Manager Cane Supply and Logistics in May 2014 after commencing as Cane Supply Manager in November 2012. Prior to that, Craig spent nearly 14 years with one of South Africa's leading supply chain services companies, Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions, where he occupied several roles with their Mining and Agriculture Division. He was at various times a member of the Executive Committee as General Manager Technical and Operational Excellence, General Manager of an operations business unit and General Manager of Business Development. Craig has also worked as a professional engineer in agricultural mechanisation, design and construction of water reticulation systems and specialist materials engineering consulting in concrete structures, water-proofing and corrosion protection.
