Biography
Angela is a lecturer in Cyber Security and Cyber Policing and Intelligence at the Department of Security Studies and Criminology. Her research is focused on understanding how cybercriminals, money launderers and terrorist organisations exploit cyberspace for financial gain. Her interests include money laundering and terrorism financing in the cyber realm, the use of cryptocurrencies to fund violent jihad, the links between cybercrime and the underground economy, uncovering and protecting digital identity in cyberspace and securing the human element in cyber space and aspects of cyber security.
