Biography
He is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing the Faculty of Business and Economics at Macquarie University. As an academic for the last 20 years, my teaching is across undergraduate and postgraduate subjects in marketing and management and related subjects. I also supervise honours and PhD students. Over the last five years, I have specialised in the area of Work Integrated Learning (WIL), with a focus on internships, leading a change management strategy, embedding WIL into the curriculum for every undergraduate student in my faculty. In my role as Academic Director of PACE, I developed strong partnerships with key industry and business entities both for profit and not for profit. More recently I am leading the Bachelor of Commerce program as we become accredited and achieve assurance of learning outcomes for all majors within the program. I have also worked with a variety of industries on various projects, including a project for the telecommunications industry which considered consumer switching behaviours and inertia.
