Research Interest
My current research focuses on invasive plants and pathogens, climate change impacts and adaptation and facilitating urban green space. There are a number of active research programs in the lab, including: Responses of invasive exotic plants to elevated CO2 and other environmental drivers Human impact on endangered saltmarsh communities Ecological impact of Myrtle Rust Climate change and threatened species Which plant where, when & why for urban greening The role of plant volatiles in mediating plant-herbivore interactions Smoke-promoted germination
