Bayesian and frequentist meta-analysis Generalised linear modelling and linear mixed-effects modelling Collaborative research in various areas of health I have worked with the CSIRO on longitudinal modelling of cognitive data trying to predict risk factors for cognitive change (see more on the AIBL project) I have worked with physiotherapists developing predictive models for return to continence and other applications Methods and applications in intensive care (with John Moran, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Adelaide and John Peter Victor,Christian Medical College Hospital, India). The application of Bayesian methods in medicine and health Biostatistics in general Classification and regression trees Sharing the wonders of doing all analysis using the R package.
