Biography
Michael is an environmental lawyer with a particular focus on dispute resolution, planning and environment regulation, development approvals, the regulation and remediation of contaminated land, the removal and handling of hazardous materials and waste. Michael has advised all levels of government, including the Commonwealth Government, state government agencies and local councils. Over the last year, Michael’s key matters include: advising the Commonwealth Department of Environment on the drafting of environmental assessment and approval bilateral agreements between the Commonwealth and each State and Territory
