Biography
Dr Treagus joined the Neuren Board as Executive Chairman in January 2013. He is a medical doctor and entrepreneur, with more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the international biopharmaceutical industry. He has held senior executive roles with pharmaceutical organisations in South Africa and Australia and over the years has successfully established numerous pharmaceutical business partnerships in the US, Europe and Asia. Dr Treagus served as Chief Executive of ASX-listed company Acrux Limited from 2006 to 2012. Under his leadership Acrux gained FDA approval for three drug products, concluded a product licensing transaction with Eli Lilly worth US$335m plus royalties and became profitable.
