Biography

Stefan is a member of the Digital McKinsey Practice, serving clients from the healthcare sector on IT and technology-related projects. He leads our healthcare informatics work in Europe and our big data work in EMEA. Examples of Stefan’s recent client work include the following: designing and implementing a big data solution for several public payors (health-insurance providers) to provision patient-centered data views for revenue management and care management designing the digital strategy for the National Health Services in England, using an evidence-based economic model, including financial benefits, implementation, and running cost developing a road map for and leading the comprehensive digital transformation of a large government agency
