Biography
Mr. Marco Leonardi serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. since 2000. He is a Director of Gestevision Telecinco SA, Publitalia ’80 SpA, Med Due Srl, and Mediamond SpA, Edam Acquisition Holding I Cooperatief U.A. and Medusa Film SpA and Managing Director of R.T.I. SpA. From 1998 to 2000, he was in IFIL SpA, in Shareholdings Controls Management and afterwards nominated as Director and Member of the Executive Committee of LA RINASCENTE SpA, as well as a Director of S.I.B. (Societa Italiana Bricolage). In 1991 he was Finance Manager of the RINASCENTE Group within which, in 1997 he took the position of Chief Financial Officer. In 1989 he entered the Rinascente Group as Operations Manager and a Director of COMFACTOR SpA. In 1985 he began his professional activity in the UNILEVER ITALIA Group, firstly in the Audit Department and then as Administration Manager of the company QUEST SpA. He graduated in Business Economics from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan (1984).
