Edward Aldag

Biography

Mr. Edward K. Aldag, Jr., is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Aldag served as Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors from August 2003 until March 2004 and as our Secretary from August 2003 until March 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Aldag served as an executive officer and director with our predecessor from its inception in August 2002 until August 2003. From 1986 to 2001, Mr. Aldag managed two private real estate companies, Guilford Capital Corporation and Guilford Medical Properties, Inc. Mr. Aldag served as President and as member of the board of directors of Guilford Medical Properties, Inc. Mr. Aldag was the President of Guilford Capital Corporation from 1998 to 2001, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1998, and was a member of the board of directors from 1990 to 2001. Mr. Aldag received his B.S. in Commerce & Business from the University of Alabama with a major in corporate finance.
