Biography
Patrick Clifford Strange Ph.D., is Independent Director of the Company since February 2014. He was previously a Director of the Company in 2006-2007 and stepped down to take up the role of Chief Executive of New Zealand’s transmission owner and operator, Transpower New Zealand Limited, which he held for more than six years. He is currently Chair of Chorus and a Director of NZX Limited, Auckland International Airport and of the Boards of Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy, Australia.
