Biography
Kelvin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive investment, banking and corporate advisory experience including private equity and special situations investments into the mining and resources sector. Kelvin has held various leadership positions in Australia and Asia having previously held the position of Executive Director / Vice President with Goldman Sachs and Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal in Asia. He has also worked in complex financial workouts, turnaround advisory and interim management. Kelvin is the founder and Managing Director of Sirona Capital. He is also a Director of privately held Global Advanced Metals, Flinders Dairy Group and ASX listed Silver Lake Resources Limited.
