Biography
Astrid Dickinger is Full Professor at the Department of Tourism and Service Management and Dean of the Graduate School at MODUL University. Astrid was part of the founding team at MU and was integral for the program development of the MSc and BSc in Management as well as the design of multiple certificates in the graduate program.Her research interests are in the areas of electronic and mobile service usage, understanding digital marketing and digital consumer behavior, as well as open innovation for services and designing exceptional service experiences.
