Dr. Bruggeman holds an MBA and DBA from the triple accredited Henley Business School (UK). Her extensive global career mobility provides rare first-hand cross-industry perspectives on theory and practice in Organisational Behaviour, Change Management and International Human Resource Management (IHRM). Recent onsite working experience includes Austria, France, Germany.Overall experience includes 10 years in the education sector and over 18 years of operational management across all HR functions and strategy development in advisory roles up to board level, with focus on Talent Management, international recruitment, development and reward. Dr. Bruggeman started out in the hospitality industry spending over 10 years at Intercontinental Hotels
