Biography
Ursula Christine Loisch works as Assistant Professor/Senior Lecturer at Modul University Vienna. She completed her dissertation on organizational culture in SMEs. Before joining Modul University she worked as Researcher at the Institute for Research on Qualifications and Training of the Austrian Economy (ibw) and as Research and Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Change Management and Management Development (WU Vienna). Her research interests include organizational culture, commitment and empowerment, and the Creative Industries. Results of her research have been published in books and conference Proceedings.
