Compassionate, dedicated Practice Manager highly efficient and results driven professional committed to organisational growth and providing a high standard of service delivery. I’m well-versed in streamlining operations entailing enhanced productivity, reduced costs, growth in profitability, planning and development and relationship management. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goal as a Practice Manager is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and clients. Developing winning teams by empowering and guiding others to achieve and surpass goals is what I enjoy most, displaying integrity and honesty. Completing a BA in Psychology (Monash University) I learnt superior interpersonal qualities with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a variety of roles.
