Biography
Dave Snively is Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Monsanto Company, where he leads the company’s global legal strategy and oversees both the legal and environmental, safety and health (ESH) organizations. He also serves as secretary to the Board of Directors. Dave and his team work to advance the company’s industry-leading position in agriculture sciences by providing guidance on legal and regulatory affairs, commercial operations, acquisitions, compliance requirements, and domestic and international policy issues. They also work closely with Monsanto’s scientists to ensure unique products and technologies are protected by patent.
