Corey Mcgowan

Biography

Corey is the head of HLB Mann Judd’s Audit and Assurance Division in SA, and has significant experience in providing high quality audit and assurance services to the public and private sectors. He has previously spent time with the South Australian Auditor General’s Department, providing audit services to some of the State’s largest government departments. Corey brings additional expertise to his clients in the areas of internal controls evaluation, assessment, compliance and providing practical recommendations for improvement. Corey’s expertise extends to providing audit services to a diverse range of sectors, including ASX listed companies, public and private companies, fund managers and associated managed investment schemes, not-for-profit organisations, and state and local governments. In his Division leadership role, Corey is a member of the HLB Mann Judd National Audit Committee, which is responsible for quality control across the National Association. In addition, Corey is actively involved in the South Australian Local Government Auditors’ Group, and is a regular media contributor on audit and assurance matters
