Biography
Karen Glover is a Mein:tnk and Wotjobaluk woman from south eastern SA and north western Vic. She has worked in federal and state government in policy and service development and has also worked in the Aboriginal community controlled sector. Karen holds a joint appointment as Senior Research Fellow at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, where she is Co-leader of Aboriginal health within the Healthy Mothers Healthy Families Group. Karen has worked in research for the past 10 years in the area of maternal and child health and is currently involved in leadership of three NHMRC funded studies: the Aboriginal Families Study, the Childhood Resilience Study and the Aboriginal Family and Baby Bundles Study.
