Trish Barber

Biography

Trish Barber has significant experience in project and grant management within the medical research sector, and came on board to lead the establishment of the MCRI Stem Cell Medicine priority area in October 2016. Trish's experience in project management includes expertise in strategy development, key stakeholder liaison and management, process and project management, team building and collaboration, communication strategy, grant and funding acquisition. As Project Manager, her role is integral in the coordination of the priority area activities and she has a key interest in strengthening the integration between the Cell Biology and Genetic themes as well as other key related areas across MCRI including Bioinformatics, the Clinical Trials Centre, Ethics and the Cord Blood Bank.
