Biography
Andrea Paparini graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and then completed a PhD in Biotechnology, at the University of Siena, Italy. After a teaching and research experience in Rome, and a postdoctoral training at the Scripps Research Institute in the USA, he moved to Australia, as a Research Fellow, first at The UWA and then at Murdoch University (since 2010).
Research Interest
Microbiome analysis, water quality, parasites and tick-borne pathogens.
