Biography
I joined Murdoch Business School in February 2012. My research explores contemporary issues in leadership, followership, organisational behaviour and managing change in organisations. This work employs theoretical paradigms drawn from contemporary sociological theory and organisational psychology. I am the unit coordinator for a core unit of our MBA program: Strategies for Growth and Excellence. I have also taught Masters units in Leadership, Managing Change, Public Policy and various undergraduate Sociology units at the University of Melbourne and Monash University. I have been a member of the Business School’s Research Committee since 2013, from 2014 I have taken on the role of Deputy Chair of the Research Committee.

Leadership, followership, organisational behaviour and managing organisational change.
