Biography
Born and raised in California, USA, Jeffrey Cooley developed an interest in a career in chiropractic at an early age. During his chiropractic training at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic he developed an interest in radiology, and after completing his DC training went on to complete a 3-year full time radiology residency and obtained his radiology certification (DACBR) in 1990. He became involved in education during his radiology training and over time was able to wed his three main areas of professional and research interest (chiropractic, radiology, and education) into a single career.

Current research interests in academic and clinical imaging, to include conventional radiography and spinal MRI
