Biography
Kai Fai Ho academic work is in Education, with a focus on Mathematics. He teach pre-service teachers mainly in Units related to Mathematics, in domains of pedagogy and content. My other content area is in Physics. My research includes classroom practices, the mathematics curriculum, the teaching and learning of mathematical problem-solving, action research, etc. Previously he was a teacher for many years at the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels in Singapore. He was also once an entrepreneur for some years providing educational and consultancy services.
Research Interest
Kai Fai Ho research includes classroom practices, the mathematics curriculum, the teaching and learning of mathematical problem-solving, action research, etc. Previously he was a teacher for many years at the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels in Singapore. He was also once an entrepreneur for some years providing educational and consultancy services. His other research interests include students’ experience of school mathematics, the mathematics curriculum and lesson study.
