Biography
I began my teaching career at the University of Western Australia in 1988. I have been a member of the Murdoch faculty for two years. I hold a current practising certificate. My teaching experience has centred around equity, property law and their intersection – trusts. However, I have also enjoyed teaching: the legal process; legal research and writing; and competition law. My reseach primarily focuses on equity and property law. It also encompasses remedies, trade practices law and intellectual property law. I have a particular interest in the jurisprudential concept of ’conscience’ and the role that it plays in Australian law.
