Biography
Dr Xiaowen Tian is currently Professor of Management, Murdoch University. After obtaining his PhD from Australian National University in 1999, Xiaowen worked and taught at several universities including National University of Singapore, the University of Nottingham, and Bond University. Xiaowen is the author of four books published in Cambridge University Press, Routledge, and Nova Science Publishers, and has published articles in such journals as Journal of International Business Studies, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of World Business, Management International Review, International Business Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education . Xiaowen is currently working on several research projects, including managerial decision-making, firm innovation and capability development, sustainable business, and emerging-market multinational enterprises.
