Biography
Schefer is Managing Director, U.K. for the MWH consultancy operation located in Warrington, England. Ms. Schefer has more than 25 years of experience in the design, construction and program management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Her key skills lie in operations management where she has worked on the bidding and delivery of a number of key multi-million dollar work programs. Ms. Schefer joined MWH in 1999, was appointed director for the northwest region of the U.K. in 2008 and then served as director of design for Europe-Africa in 2010. She is a Fellow of the UK Institution of Civil Engineers.
