Biography
Kristin Hink was presented with the 2011 American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Young Engineer of the Year award. The award was presented by the ASCE Broward (Florida) Branch President and MWH Principal Civil Engineer, Jose Lopez. Kristin has three years of experience in water and wastewater treatment process design, water treatment pilot operations, hydraulic modeling, and facility and master resources planning for municipalities. She is an active member of the ASCE Broward Brach, and participates in presentations promoting civil engineering to middle and high school students, encouraging them to follow in her footsteps. Kristin is also a member of the MWH Young Professionals Group and American Membrane Technology Association, and served as a volunteer board member to the City of Fort Lauderdale Citizen’s Sustainability ‘Green’ Committee.
