Biography
McGregor Grant, BEc, CA, GAICD serves as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Nanosonics Ltd., since April 13, 2011. Mr Grant joined Nanosonics in April 2011 and is responsible for the overall financial management of the Company and, together with Mr. Kavanagh, has joint responsibility for investor relations. Mr. Grant has more than 20 years’ business experience in a number of senior roles in the medical device and healthcare industries located in Australia and the United States. Previously Mr. Grant worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Australia and Europe.
