Biography
Bob Caisley serves as Senior Vice President of Technology Systems, a position he has held since joining Nasdaq in February 2016. In this role, Mr. Caisley is responsible for overseeing the technology development of Nasdaq’s Market Technology business, including trading, clearing and securities depository systems and the comprehensive set of exchange and surveillance offerings for clients worldwide. Mr. Caisley has over 30 years of financial services industry expertise, spending the majority of his career at the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), respectively. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mr. Caisley served as Chief Information Officer for SGX where he was responsible for the development and delivery of all the exchange’s technology operations. Mr. Caisley has developed a strong track record in area of technology project management specializing in large scale projects with tight deadlines and budgets. He has also served in various IT development and strategic project management positions in the financial services and public utility industries. Mr. Caisley is currently based in Stockholm.
