Biography
Ms. Kirstin L. Gooldy is Director of the Company. She brings over 20 years experience in corporate finance, compliance and other senior executive roles with public and private companies. She currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer for FTE Networks, Inc. where she is responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within the organization, including all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures, as well as overseeing all investor relations activities. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Powerstorm ESS, where she led the finance and accounting teams, oversaw fundraising activities and implemented cost saving initiatives. She has also held senior executive roles with the Gaea Group, The DiBari Group, and U.S. TelePacific Corp.
