Mr MacPhillamy has recently retired as CFO/ Legal Counsel / Company Secretary from Grant Samuel, an Australian Corporate Advisory firm. Throughout his career, John has been involved in Director and Executive Management, Business Strategy, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Finance, Legal, Private Equity and M&A activities. Mr Macphillamy has also been involved in the agricultural technology sector. John holds qualifications in Economics, Law and Management.
