Biography
Melanie has served as a Human Resources executive across a wide range of industries including mining, manufacturing, media and consumer goods, and has extensive experience in leading business transformation programs. Immediately prior to joining Newcrest she served as Group Executive, Human Resources for Seven Group Holdings and Seven West Media. She has also led the Human Resources functions at Pacific Brands, Amcor Australasia and Foster’s International. Melanie is a member of World Vision’s Business Advisory Council.
