Biography
Mr Lee was appointed to the Board in August 2007. He is Chairman of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Skills, experience and expertise Mr Lee has extensive resource banking, finance and international commercial experience. His previous senior executive roles include 16 years with CSR Limited and nine years as Chief Executive Officer of NM Rothschild Australia Limited. He is a former Chairman of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and C. Czarnikow Limited and is a former Director of CSR Limited.
