Biography
Mr Hay was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board on 1 January 2014 after being appointed to the Board in August 2013. He is the Chairman of the Nominations Committee. Mr Hay has a strong background and breadth of experience in business, corporate law, finance and investment banking advisory work, with particular expertise in relation to mergers and acquisitions. He has also had significant involvement in advising governments and government-owned enterprises. Mr Hay was a partner of the legal firm Freehills until 2005, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2000.
