Biography
Medical Research Council training fellowship, research in Parkinson’s disease and related disorders, 1984 to 1987. Neurology training at University College Hospital, Guy’s Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, 1987 to 1990. Dr Gibb has worked for the Trust since May 1994, as a clinical neurologist. He runs clinics in general neurology, movement disorders, and botulinum therapy. In 2007, he established a joint clinic in Huntington's disease. From April 1990 to May 1994 he was a senior lecturer and honorary consultant in neurology at King's College Hospital, and an honorary consultant at Maudsley Hospital. Dr Gibb was also a member of the ethics committee at Maudsley Hospital from 1991 to 1994.
