Biography
Steve is an experienced company CEO and Chairman/Director with more than 35 years’ experience in utility, infrastructure and fund/asset management businesses based in Australia and New Zealand. His Board-level experience as CEO/Director includes shareholder structures of government, council, listed (both ASX and NXZ) and private sector. Steve’s CEO and Board level experience includes accountabilities for strategic and business planning, financial and commercial management, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, compliance and change management. His experience in executive operational leadership includes the full range of business units from technical, legal, accounting and finance, support, engineering and trade, network management and services, customer service, supplier-related and project management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business (double major in Business Management and HR Management), a Masters of Technology Management, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD
