Biography
Mr. Fai Peng Chen is Non-Executive Director of Novarise Renewable Resources International Limited. He has been on the Company's Board since August 6, 2009. He is a partner at Minter Ellison Lawyers and a director of ASX listed companies TWT Group Ltd, and Mesbon China Nylon Limited. Mr. Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and an MBA (International Management) from RMIT University Melbourne. He is also a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. He resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from December 1, 2010.
