Zhenwen Zhang

Biography

 Mr. Zhenwen Zhang has been Chief Operating Officer of Novarise Renewable Resources International Limited since June 21, 2008. He is also the manager of the production and research and development teams. Mr. Zhang joined the Company in 2004 and since 2008 he has occupied the role as Vice-President of the Company. He has more that 20 years of experience in the PP filament yarn industry. In 1989 Mr. Zhang graduated from the Tianjin Polytechnic University (formerly known as the Tianjin Institute of Textile Industry) in China. In 1989, he commenced work as a chief engineer at Jiaozuo Jingwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd where he was involved in the introduction of the first domestic polypropylene yarn production line project. In 1995, he co-designed the Jiangxi Textile Machinery Factory and manufactured the first domestic polypropylene FDY production line project. In 2002, he commenced as the assistant general manager at Jiangsu WanXiang Group where he presided over the construction of four recycled slice polyester staple fibre spinning production lines. He co-established Henan Aoxin Machinery Co., Ltd and presided over the design of high-strength polypropylene yarn FDY production line to meet international standards.
