Biography
Charlotte Hall joined Nucleus Network in February 2014 and is responsible for the clinical operations of the organisation. Prior to joining Nucleus Network, Charlotte held the position of Clinical Nurse Manager of Linear Clinical Research and was part of the Senior Management team, involved in making key operational decisions for the organisation, as well as process implementation, review and improvement. Charlotte is a registered nurse and has had over 8 years experience working within clinical research; 5 years of which have been specifically in Phase 1 clinical facilities. Charlotte’s experience includes all phases of drug development across a range of therapeutic areas, particularly specialising in Phase 1 healthy volunteer, vaccine and patient studies. At Nucleus Network, Charlotte’s key responsibilities include the overall management of the clinical operations departments and facilities management. Charlotte has direct oversight of the Clinical and Screening departments and maintains close working relationships with the Project Management, Laboratory, Medical, Pharmacy and Recruitment Departments to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials at Nucleus Network.
