Biography
Tony Lucas joined Origin as Risk Analysis Manager in 2002 and was appointed as General Manager, Energy Risk Management in February 2011. Tony leads the team responsible for Strategy and Risk for Energy Markets. He will also ensure that Origin is uniquely positioned to lead the transition into a low carbon, technology-enabled world where customers are empowered with greater choice by investing in, incubating and deploying the best future energy solutions.Originally from New Zealand, Tony began his career in the banking industry before moving to London where he worked for Lehman Brothers. He moved to Australia in 1997 and worked with Bankers Trust and Integral Energy. Tony has an NZ Diploma in Business Studies and Master of Applied Finance.
