Biography
Mark was appointed Head of Human Resources of OZ Minerals in June 2015 and is responsible for leading the group’s people, capability and technology strategy. He has over 15 years Human Resources & Employee Relations experience in project delivery and operating environments within the resources, engineering, industrial sectors across diverse social and economic environments globally.Prior to joining OZ Minerals, Mark held senior roles in ASX listed organisations including Chief People Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs with Forge Group, Executive General Manager Human Resources, Engineering at UGL and General Manager Human Resources at Asciano Limited. Mark is a graduate from the University of Canberra, has completed post-graduate study in Finance & Law and has completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
