Michael Palmer

Biography

Mr. Palmer is a Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.’s Private Equity Group. Mr. Palmer focuses primarily on transactions involved in healthcare, media, telecommunications, and consumer products. Mr. Palmer is based in Cerberus’ New York office. Mr. Palmer has played an important role in a number of Cerberus investments and currently sits on the boards of PaxVax Global, Covis Pharma Holdings S.a.r.l., and Print Media Holdings. Mr. Palmer received a B.S. in Economics from Duke University, where he graduated cum laude.
