Mike Boyle

Biography

Mike has over 15 years experience in the banking and finance industry having previously held roles with Macquarie Bank and UBS Australia. Michael's core focus is providing capital market advisory services to public and private sector clients. Through intimately engaging with all stakeholders Michael has assisted many companies through successful IPO's, capital raising and corporate transactions. He has strong relationships with a number of ECM Advisors and investment advisory firms and has worked closely with these groups on many transactions. Mike prides himself on developing long term relationships with clients, working closely with boards and senior management throughout their companies growth in order to realise ultimate value for all shareholders.
