Biography
Malcolm has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2003 and Chairman of the Board since 2012. He is a company director, former investment banker and commercial lawyer. Malcolm is the principal of McComas Capital and was previously a director of investment banking and funds management group Grant Samuel. Malcolm is a former Managing Director of investment banking at County NatWest and its successor organisation Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup). He has held various executive roles with Morgan Grenfell (now Deutsche Bank) in Melbourne, Sydney and London.
