Clodagh Burrell

Biography

 Clodagh comes all the way from Wexford in the sunny south-east of Ireland. She graduated from the University of Limerick with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. Since graduating she has gained invaluable experience working in different Private Practice settings both in Ireland and New Zealand where she worked for the last 2 years in Auckland’s most renowned Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic. Clodagh is an enthusiastic and highly motivated hands-on Physiotherapist but also prides herself in her Pilates expertise. Having played Gaelic Football at inter-county level herself, Clodagh is familiar with injury and has found a combination of hands-on Physiotherapy and Pilates to be the most effective combination for rehabilitation and prevention of further injuries. She firmly believes in specific, tailored exercise to achieve maximum results, long – term benefits and unique client-centred goals. Clodagh has widely expanded her expertise since graduating and now also specialises in Dry Needling, Chronic Pain Management, Clinical Pilates and Physiotherapy for Pre and Post-Natal women. She has broadened her sport related Physiotherapy experience through working with Gaelic inter-county hurling and football teams in Ireland. She was also part of the Physiotherapy team for the ATP World Tour tennis players when they came to New Zealand to participate in the Heineken Open in both 2014 and 2015.
